朱洪春，男，1974年9月出生，中共党员，在职研究生学历，公共管理硕士，副研究员，1996年6月加入中国共产党，1997年8月参加工作。现任上海建桥学院党委书记、政府督导专员。
1997年7月毕业于东北大学钢铁冶金专业，获工学学士学位；2007年1月毕业于华东师范大学教育管理系公共管理专业，获公共管理硕士学位。
1997年8月起在上海工程技术大学工作，历任材料工程学院辅导员、分团委书记，校团委副书记，材料工程学院党总支副书记，学生工作部（处）副部（处）长，党委组织部副部长、党校副校长，党委组织部副部长兼党校常务副校长，党委常委、党委组织部部长、党委统战部部长、老干部办公室主任兼机关党委书记。2024年4月至2026年9月任上海电机学院党委副书记。2026年9月起任上海建桥学院党委书记、政府督导专员。
主要研究领域为高校党建、思想政治工作、高教管理。主持完成“高校党外知识分子思想政治引领研究”“高校组织员队伍专业化培养与职业化发展研究”等党建研究项目多项。在《学校党建与思想教育》《人民论坛》《黑龙江高教研究》等核心期刊发表学术论文多篇。曾获上海市新长征突击手、上海市教卫工作党委系统创先争优优秀共产党员、上海市教卫工作党委系统党史优秀科研成果奖一等奖等荣誉。
Assoc. Res. Zhu Hongchun, born in September 1974, is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He has an in-service postgraduate education and a Master of Public Administration (MPA). He joined the CPC in June 1996 and began his career in August 1997. He currently serves as Secretary of the CPC Committee of Shanghai Jian Qiao University and Government Supervision Commissioner.
In July 1997, he graduated from Northeastern University with a major in Iron and Steel Metallurgy and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree. In January 2007, he graduated from the Department of Education Management of East China Normal University with a major in Public Administration and obtained a Master of Public Administration degree.
He began working at Shanghai University of Engineering Science in August 1997. He served successively as Counselor and Secretary of the Youth League Sub-Committee of the School of Materials Engineering; Deputy Secretary of the University Youth League Committee; Deputy Secretary of the Party General Branch of the School of Materials Engineering; Deputy Director of the Student Affairs Department (Office); Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Committee and Vice President of the Party School; Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Committee and Executive Vice President of the Party School; and Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee, Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Committee, Director of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Committee, Director of the Retired Cadres Office, and concurrently Secretary of the Party Committee of the Administrative Departments. From April 2024 to September 2026, he served as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Shanghai Dianji University. Since September 2026, he has served as Secretary of the CPC Committee of Shanghai Jian Qiao University and Government Supervision Commissioner.
His main research areas include Party building in colleges and universities, ideological and political work, and higher education management. He has led and completed several Party-building research projects, including “Research on the Ideological and Political Guidance of Non-Party Intellectuals in Colleges and Universities” and “Research on the Professional Training and Career Development of College Party Organization Officers.” He has published multiple academic papers in core journals such as Party Building and Ideological Education in Schools, People’s Tribune, and Heilongjiang Researches on Higher Education. He has received honors including Shanghai New Long March Pacesetter; Outstanding CPC Member in the “Striving for Excellence” Campaign of the CPC Shanghai Education and Health Work Commission System; and First Prize of the Outstanding Party History Research Achievement Award of the CPC Shanghai Education and Health Work Commission System.
